Update: Our next CNA class is November 13, 2017.
Glenburn Home offers C.N.A. classes as a community service. Interested candidates can visit Glenburn Home and complete an application . Applicants for the program are interviewed for consideration for the program. Acceptance into the program is based on the interview, work history, and references. Students must have the following screenings prior to the first day of class:
- Criminal Background Screen
- Drug Screen
- TB Test
In addition, the students must have a gait belt. A minimal cost of $65 will be due the first day of class to cover the required screening and gait belt purchase.
Classes are four (4) weeks — one (1) week of classroom work and three (3) weeks clinical work in our facility. After successful completion of the class, students are eligible to take the state-mandated certification test given at Glenburn Home.
