Re: COVID-19  UPDATE:

-We have Zero (0)  positive resident tests.  We will continue to test residents per protocol set by the State Department of Health. If a resident tests positive they are properly isolated with dedicated caregivers, and their representative is notified.

– We have Zero (0) positive staff tests.  We are still testing all staff twice a week. If a staff member tests positive they are immediately sent home to quarantine. All staff are screened for COVID prior to starting their shift.

-12 residents have recovered from the virus.

-Greene County is still considered a RED ZONE due to positivity rate is above 10 percent.

-Resident representatives are notified immediately of any change in the medical condition of loved ones. Our resident’s welfare is always our highest priority.

-Due to county positivity rate being at 22.3 percent indoor visitations are on hold at this time. Visitation will only occur for compassionate care situations according to the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention and facility policies. Please contact Nancy or Amanda if you would like to set up a virtual visit such as facetime or have questions regarding window visits.  812-847-2221 Ext 125.

-Please contact me if you have any questions.
