Active Adults Exercise Classes/Generations

The Wellness Center is open from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday for Seniors ages 50 and over!

A completed doctor’s form is required to participate in this program. 

 A Glenburn employee will train all new participants on the use of the equipment.

This is a free service to the community; however, donations are accepted
